We do not sell personal information. We require service providers to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Shared game access

When you share a game via a share code, scoreboard viewers and enrichers can see game data (team names, player names, scores, events) for that game only. Share access is time-limited and expires automatically.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. Player names entered into the Service are typically those of team members participating in organised netball. If you are a coach or team manager entering player information for minors, you represent that you have appropriate authority to do so.

All data is currently stored within Australia on AWS. If we expand to additional regions, we will ensure comparable protections are in place and update this policy accordingly.

We may integrate with third-party platforms in the future to import fixture or player data. Where we do, information imported from those platforms will be subject to this policy once within CourtSide.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice within the Service.
